WHY LEE COUNTY
Fort Myers City
Established in 1886, the City of
Fort Myers is the historical and governmental hub of Lee
County. Nestled along the scenic shoreline of the
Caloosahatchee River, the City has become an interesting blend
of young and old. Sporting the youngest population in Lee
County with a median age of 32, the City of Fort Myers is also
home to the historic winter residents of Henry Ford and Thomas
Edison. Extensive renovation of Fort Myers historic,
waterfront downtown is underway, with new restaurants,
nightclubs, apartments and artistic venues providing energy
and growth. Throughout the year, SW Florida residents and
visitors enjoy cultural events overlooking the River at
Centennial Park and the Yacht Basin. <click

WHY MARION COUNTY
Marion
County’s location in the center of the state makes it
almost unavoidable to travelers. Ocala is crisscrossed by a
number of major thoroughfares, and is a little more than an
hour north of the theme park capital of the world, Orlando and
only an hour from Daytona, “The World’s Most Famous Beach” and
the west gulf coasts on the west. Many travelers passing
through the area fall in love with the majestic farms, the
scenic rolling hills and the stately moss covered oak trees
and end up becoming full-time residents. <click here to continue>
WHY SARASOTA COUNTY
The City of North Port is located
on Florida’s Gulf Coast midway between Tampa and Naples
Through a combination of good planning and fortuitous
circumstances; North Port has found itself in a very favorable
position to develop its economy for the benefit of growing
companies. Only ten per cent of the City’s land base is
currently occupied although the city has doubled in population
in the past ten years. A number of new industrial and
commercial parks, including a GTE Smart Park, have been
constructed over the past five years offering costs that are
competitive with any in the region. (a region which itself is
known for low costs).

WHY ARIZONA
Wittmann is located 35 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix,
just past Glendale, Surprise, and Sun City, and is directly on the
busy corridor to Las Vegas. By sheer numbers alone, Maricopa County is
the fastest growing county in the United States, according to the 2004
Census. This hot new development area around Wittmann is already
growing rapidly as seemingly unstoppable growth pushes westward from
the Valley of the Sun. With the increased transportation demands to
this area, Loop 303 is soon expected to expand to freeway standards.
Perhaps the most intriguing aspect to this new development area is the
striking Sonoran desert scenery of gently rolling hills and towering
saguaro cactus. <click here to continue>
