the day you sign your Agreement to Build. Because we have locked in the price of both the home and the
lot, you start gaining equity on a home that isn't even built yet. Appreciation aside just with the
rising cost of materials and labor allow me to guarantee you the home you are Investing in today I
will not be able to built for anywhere close to today's cost at the end of the 6 to 8 month build time
and that is not even taken into consideration the rapidly.
2. Lease the Home Out - and watch your equity grow with some of the highest appreciation rates
in the Country. The demand for rental homes is very strong in Marion County, with the unprecedented growth
that Marion County has experienced and the influx of new families arriving daily the demand for residential
rental homes grow each day, there are many excellent Property Management Companies we can recommend you to
that are very proficient at handling your residential investment property.
3. One of our most Popular- Lease with Option to purchases takes you out
of the Landlord business, puts a minimum of $5000.00 in your pocket of Option Money once the
Lease is signed and assures you o minimum profit of $45,000 or more in the unlikely event your
Tenant is able to exercise the Option offer the first year. Under the terms of the Option it
may not be exercised until the home has been Leased for a minimum of 1 year, and carries a
minimum of 10% per year escalation clause in both the Sale Price of your home and rental amount.

receive the home back of the end of this 5 year program with improvements made by the Tenant
