security and peace of mind to the buyer, WaldenPacific will place an amount
equal to nine months rent payment in a Standby Letter of Credit (Certificate
of Deposit) GUARANTEED and secured by Bank of America, with the buyer as sole
beneficiary. Nine months is more than 5 times the current delinquency ratio.
